Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Not suitable for microwave cooking. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6 40 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove card sleeve, film lid and sauce sachet. Place foil tray on a baking tray and place on middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and remove any excess liquid from the bottom of the tray. Open sauce sachet and pour the sauce over the gammon. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Gammon Steak (67%) (Pork (88%), Water, Salt, Sugar, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate)), Water, Pineapple, Pineapple Juice, Pineapple Concentrate, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Maize Starch
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
