Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging. If cooking from chilled remove film. If cooking from frozen pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Remove film after 30 minutes from frozen. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
