Cooking instructions: Oven Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190C/Fan 170C/ Gas 5. Remove packaging Place joint in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil then place on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 1hr 50 minutes.
