Microwave: From Frozen Remove the meal from the carton.Pierce the film in all of the compartments.Place in microwave and heat as per instructions below.Microwave Rating: IEC705 700W, Cook on full Power for 9 mins, Peal the film back, stir the Chicken and Curry Sauce, re-cover and cook for a further 3 mins, Leave to stand for 1 minMicrowave Rating: IEC705 800W, Cook on full Power for 8 mins, Peal the film back, stir the Chicken and Curry Sauce, re-cover and cook for a further 3 mins, Leave to stand for 1 min Oven cook: From Frozen Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6.Remove the meal from the carton.Pierce the film in all of the compartments.Place the meal on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.Once cooked, peel the film back, stir the Chicken and Curry Sauce and leave the meal to stand for 1 minute before serving.To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
