How to cook Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.Oven from chilled - Pre-heat your oven to 200degC/Fan 180degC/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Cover skewer ends with foil to prevent burning. Place kebabs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through. Air Fryer from chilled - Pre-heat air fryer to 170degC. Remove all packaging. Place koftas in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 14-15 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute.CAUTION: Do not overfill basket. Barbecue - Follow the above instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.
