Oven Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 1hr 30 mins Leave joint in foil container with ovenable pad. Cover joint with kitchen foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove foil for the final 45 minutes of cooking. After cooking time cover with kitchen foil and allow to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes. Before carving remove the joint from the foil tray and ensure the ovenable pad is removed. Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
INGREDIENTS: Turkey Breast (90%), Water, Turkey Extract, Maize Starch, Salt, Sugar, Cracked Black Pepper, Turkey Skin, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Cane Molasses, Mushroom, Kelp, Star Anise.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, use immediately.
