Cooking instructions

What You Get - Coconut milk - Rice noodles - Laksa paste What You Need - 150g Prawns (shelled, raw) or your choice of protein - 150ml Water Cooking Instructions 1. Place the noodles in a bowl, pour in boiling water, cover and leave to soften (5 mins). 2. In a saucepan, over a low heat, mix the prawns with the laksa paste. Ensure the prawns are fully coated with the paste. 3. Add the coconut milk and water. Simmer until the prawns are pink and cooked through. 4. Wash the noodles in fresh water to remove the starch, drain and add to the pan. Simmer for 2-3 mins until the noodles are fully cooked. Ladle into bowls and serve hot. Chef's Tip Finish off with lots of fresh coriander.

Coconut Milk (180g): Coconut Extract (53%), Water, Rice Noodles (100g): Rice Flour, Water, Laksa Paste (80g): Lemongrass, Red Chilli, Water, Onion, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Light Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Sugar, Caramel), Galangal, Salt, Garlic, Coriander, Fresh Lime, Ginger, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp (Crustacean), Salt), Makrut Lime Leaves, Tamarind Paste, Dried Chilli, Stabiliser: Modified Corn Starch; Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Yeast Extract; Colour: Paprika, Ammonia Caramel; Turmeric

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use all ingredients immediately.
