All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Cook from frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. OVEN: (Electric 200degC/Fan 180degC/Gas 6) for 30 mins, stir and re-cover, 20 mins. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified, stir and re-cover as directed. Allow to stand for 1 minute. MICROWAVE: 750W - 6 mins, stir and re-cover, 4 mins/850W - 6 mins, stir and re-cover, 3 mins/1000W - 6 mins, stir and re-cover, 2 mins. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for the time specified, stir and re-cover as directed. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
