MICROWAVE: Remove the sleeve and open the lid, leaving on loosely so steam can escape while the meal is being cooked. Place in a microwave and cook on full power (750w 7 mins/850w 6 mins/1000w 4 mins). Allow to stand for 1 minute then stir thoroughly. Be careful, the tray will be hot. Check the meal is piping hot throughout. Do not re-heat once cooled.

Keep refrigerated below 5degC. Once opened, consume immediately.
