OVEN: From chilled Electric 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas 5 for 55 minutes. From frozen Electric 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas 5 for 85 minutes. Remove sleeve. For best results, oven cook from chilled. If cooking from chilled, remove film lid. If cooking from frozen, pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified. If cooking from frozen, remove film lid for the final 30 minutes of cooking time. MICROWAVE: From chilled Electric 750w 9 minutes, stand for 1 minute, 8 minutes cooking, stand for 1 minute/850w 8.5 minutes, stand for 1 minute, 8 minutes cooking, stand for 1 minute/1000w 8 minutes, stand for 1 minute, 8 minutes cooking, stand for 1 minute. This product is not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen. Pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for the time specified. Allow product to stand for 1 minute halfway through cooking and also before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 5degC. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
