For best results pan fry from frozen. MICROWAVE: (From Frozen) Place sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water. Remove chicken from packaging, place in a microwave bowl and cook: 750W: 2 minutes 10 seconds, stir, and cook for 1 minute 40 seconds. Drain excess liquid, open sauce sachet and stir into the chicken, cook for 1 minute 10 seconds. Set aside. 850W: 2 minutes, stir, and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain excess liquid, open sauce sachet and stir into the chicken, cook for 1 minute. Set aside. 1000W: 1 minute 40 seconds, stir, and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds. Drain excess liquid, open sauce sachet and stir into the chicken, cook for 50 seconds. Set aside. (To Defrost) Snip the corner of the Bao Bun sachet and defrost in the microwave 750W: 1 minute 40 seconds, 850W: 1 minute 30 seconds, 1000W: 1 minute 15 seconds. Open the rest of the bag and remove from the packaging. To assemble the Bao Bun spoon the chicken inside. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. FRYING PAN: Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Remove chicken from packaging and place in a preheated, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add 4 tbsp water, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and cook for 4 minutes. Stir 2-3 times during cooking. Open the sauce sachet and add the sauce to the pan. Continue cooking, uncovered for 2 minutes until piping hot. Set aside. To defrost Bao Buns, refer to the Microwave instructions. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Keep Frozen. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Must be -18degC or colder.
