Remove the tortillas from the packaging. MICROWAVE: heat in the microwave for 40 seconds (750W), 35 seconds (850W), 30 seconds (1000W). OVEN: Wrap in foil and warm in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes (Electric 150degC/ Fan 130degC/ Gas mark 2). Slice the chiken, peppers and onions into strips. Fry the chicken in a dash of oil for approximately 8 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Add the sliced peppers and onions and sprinkle over BBQ fajita seasoning. Fry for another 3-5 minutes, stiring continously so that the seasoning coats the chicken and vegetables.
