All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Cook from frozen. Microwave: Remove outer packaging, place the Jam Roly Poly (in its tray) onto a microwaveable plate and into the centre of the microwave. Cook on full power for the time specified (750W - 2 3/4 mins full power, 850W - 2 1/2 mins full power, 1000W 2 1/4 mins full power). Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Beware the Jam may be very hot! Oven: Remove outer packaging, cover the Jam Roly Poly (in its tray) with foil. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified (Fan - 180degC/Electric - 200degC/Gas - 6, 40 mins). Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Keep Frozen. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Must be -18degC or colder.
