Can be eaten hot or cold. MICROWAVE: Remove outer packaging. Pierce inner packaging in several places. Place sausage on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for the time specified (750W - 1 minute 10 seconds/850W - 1 minute/1000W - 50 seconds). SHALLOW FRY: Remove all packaging. Slice the sausage. Add to a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry over medium heat for approx. 6 minutes turning frequently until golden brown. Drain well before serving. HEAT: Remove outer packaging. Place the sausage in its inner packaging into a saucepan of hot water and simmer gently for approx. 10 minutes. Do not boil. Remove inner packaging and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly heated before serving. Do not reheat.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
