For best results microwave cook. MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for the time specified (CHILLED: 750w - 4 minutes, stir and re-cover, 3 1/2 minutes, 850w - 4 minutes, stir and re-cover, 3 minutes, 1000w - 3 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 3 minutes. FROZEN: 750W - 6 mins, stir and re-cover, 5 1/2 mins. 850W - 6 mins, stir and re-cover, 5 mins. 1000W - 5 mins, stir and re-cover, 4 1/2 mins). Partway through cooking, carefully peel back film and stir both compartments thoroughly. If cooking from frozen add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir thoroughly. Replace film and continue cooking for the remaining time. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving. OVEN: Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (Fan 180degC / Electric 200degC / Gas Mark 6) for Chilled - 15 minutes, stir and re-cover, 10 minutes, Frozen - 20 mins, add 2 tbs water to rice, stir both compartments, re-cover, 20 mins. Partway through cooking, carefully peel back film, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice (if frozen, 2 tablespoons) and stir both compartments thoroughly. Replace film and continue cooking for the remaining time. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat

Keep refrigerated below 5degC. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
