Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Oven: Fan 180degC/Electric 200degC/Gas 6 12-15 mins. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Spread one layer of frozen Alphabet Potato Letters on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified, or until golden yellow, ensuring not to overcook. Turn once halfway through cooking. Deep Fry: Place required number of frozen Alphabet Potato Letters into the fryer basket, making sure not to fill more than halfway to avoid excess oil uptake from extended frying times. Fry in hot oil (175degC) for 3-4 minutes, ensuring not to overcook. Drain well before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
