All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. PREPARATION: Check before use. Do not use if bag is damaged. Always cook in a deep sided roasting tin (approx. 5cm deep). Make sure the bag does not touch the oven walls, racks or heating element. Handle with care. The bag may open during cooking and result in juices seeping from the foil tray packaging into the roasting tin during cooking. Do not pierce the bag. OVEN: Place the bag in a deep sided roasting tin and cook in the centre of a preheated oven (Electric 190degC/Fan 190degC/Gas 5) for 1 hour and 25 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes Fan Oven). Remove from oven, and place on a heat proof flat surface. Open the bag at the front by cutting with scissors. Baste the chicken with the cooking juices, return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. For best results allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer at the thickest part of the meat. If the juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 4degC at the bottom of the fridge. Not suitable for freezing.
