SAUSAGE CASEROLE Serves 4 Ingredients and cooking method * 1 Sachet of Bramwells Sausage Casserole Seasoning Mix * 45g Sausages ( 8 sausages) * 2 Medium Sliced Onions * 115g Sliced Mushrooms * 1 Sliced Red Pepper * 3ml cold water 1 Tblsp Vegetable oil 1. Preheat the oven to 18deg C , 17deg C fan assisted, Gas mark 4. 2. Fry the sausages with the oil until browned, then add the sliced onions and fry for a further 3-4 minutes 3. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish along with the mushrooms and red pepper 4. Mix the contents of the sachet with the cold water and add to the casserole dish 5. Cook for 1 hour until thoroughly cooked and piping hot. Enjoy with mashed potato and vegetables
Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Cornflour, Tomato Powder, Caster Sugar, Salt, Ground Paprika, Paprika Powder, Flavouring, Lemon Juice Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Dried Sage, Dried Parsley, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Sage, Dried Marjoram.
Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours and sunlight.
