All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. STIR FRY: Heat 15ml of oil in a pan over a high heat, add the meat or vegetables and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through. Pour in the sauce, reduce to a medium heat and stir for 1-2 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5degC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown.
