Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. SHALLOW FRY: Add 1tsp of oil to a frying pan or wok. Cook over a medium to high heat for 14 minutes. Stir continuously. Serve immediately. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Keep Frozen. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Must be -18degC or colder.
