Cook from frozen. MICROWAVE: Place the sealed bag on a microwaveable plate with the valve facing up. Place the plate and contents into the microwave. Cook on full power for the time specified, shake and cook for the remaining time as directed. 750W - 2 minutes 30 seconds, shake and place back in microwave, 1 minute 40 seconds /850W - 2 minutes 10 seconds, shake and place back in microwave, 1 minute 30 seconds /1000W - 1 minute 50 seconds, shake and place back in microwave, 1 minute 10 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Shake before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
