Cook from frozen. For best results, cook in the microwave. Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. MICROWAVE: Remove one pouch from box and pierce pouch several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for time specified (750w - 2 mins 40 seconds, stand for 1 minute, 850w - 2 mins 20 seconds, Stand for 1 minute, 1000w - 2 mins, stand for 1 minute.) Stand for 1 minute before serving. OVEN: Wrap fillet loosely in foil. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven (Electric 200degC/Fan 180degC/Gas 6) for 25-30 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. As size and thickness of fish vary, please note that larger, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
