For best results microwave from chilled. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. MICROWAVE FROM CHILLED. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a non metallic plate. Cook on full power for the time specified (750w - 5 1/2 minutes, 850w - 5 minutes, 1000w - 4 minutes from chilled). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly before serving. MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a non metallic plate. Cook on full power for the time specified. Stir halfway through, replace film and continue cooking for the time specified (750w - 4 1/2 minutes, stir thoroughly & replace lid, 4 1/2 minutes, 850w - 4 1/2 minutes, stir thoroughly & replace lid, 4 minutes, 1000w - 4 minutes, stir thoroughly & replace lid, 4 minutes). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly before serving. Use plate to remove product from microwave. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5degC. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
