Remove sleeve and film lid. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Place sauce sachet to one side. Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven (Electric 180degC/Fan 160degC/Gas 4) for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with juices. Open sachet and pour over chicken - spread the sauce with the back of a spoon. Return chicken to oven and cook for a further 15-20 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Ensure chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear when pierced with a skewer at the thickest point of the breast.

Keep refrigerated below 4degC at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Not suitable for freezing.
