For best results, microwave from chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. MICROWAVE: Cook on full power, peel back the film, stir and re-cover as directed (750w - CHILLED: 2 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 2 minutes, stand for 1 minute, FROZEN: 4 minutes, stir and re-cover, 4 minutes. 850w - CHILLED: 2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 2 minutes, stand for 1 minute, FROZEN: 4 minutes, stir and re-cover, 3 1/2 minutes. 1000w - CHILLED: 2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 1 minute, stand for 1 minute, FROZEN: 3 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 3 1/2 minutes) Stand for 1 minute after cooking and stir before serving. OVEN: Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (Electric 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas 5) for 25 minutes from chilled / 45 minutes from frozen. Stir thoroughly before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5degC. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
