All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and place the pot of gravy to the side. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. OVEN: Remove the joint from the bag and place in a foil tray with cooking juices. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven (Electric 210degC/Fan 190degC/Gas 6) for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and drain off the cooking juices. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. MICROWAVE: For the Gravy: Break tab. Remove lid from pot and then place loosely back on top. Place on microwaveable plate and heat on full power for the time specified (750w - 2 mins 30 secs , stir and re-cover, 2 mins 30 secs, 850w - 2 mins 15 secs, stir and re-cover, 2 mins 15 secs, 1000w - 2 mins, stir and re-cover, 2 mins). Stir halfway through heating time. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir thoroughly before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 4degC at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
