Cooking instructions

Grilling Instructions: Remove all packaging. Leave steaks at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. For best results shallow fry, alternatively the steak can also be grilled: GRILL - Preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Lightly season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and place under a grill for the times specified, turning occasionally during cooking. Rare: 5-8 minutes; Medium: 8-10 minutes; Well done: 10 -13 minutes. Frying Instructions: THE PERFECT STEAK 1.PREPARE Leave steak at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. Season the steak with sea salt and freshy ground black pepper. 2.COOK (SHALLOW FRY) Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan on high heat. Sear on all sides for 1 min. Reduce the heat to medium high. Cook to taste, turning occasionally. Rare- 4-7 minutes Medium 7-9 minutes Well Done 9-11 minutes 3. ALLOW TO REST Ensure that the surface of the steak is thoroughly cooked Once cooked, cover the steak, keep warm and allow to rest for 1 minute. Do not reheat or microwave.

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated below 5degC at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
