All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. To brown before cooking (if desired): Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the olives for 2-3 mins, turning frequently. Once browned place in an oven proof dish and follow oven instructions. Place the olives in an oven proof dish and add enough water to ensure the bottom half of each olive is covered. Cover and place the dish on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (Fan 180degC/Electric 200degC/Gas 6). Cook for 35 minutes, turning the olives halfway through cooking. Carefully remove the dish from the oven. Always ensure that the centre of the food is piping hot and that no pink colour remains before serving. Do not reheat.
Beef Flank (40%), Silverside Beef (30%), Water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Wheat Starch, Wheat Gluten, Dextrose, Emulsifier: Triphosphates; Preservative: Sodium Sulphite; Flavouring, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Colour: Carmine.
Keep refrigerated below 5degC at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
