Air Fry - From Chilled - 200degC, 20-25 mins Remove items from outer packaging. Place pancakes and sauce to one side. Preheat air fryer to 200degC on crisp/air fry setting. Remove the duck out of its packaging and place in the air fryer, trying to keep as flat as possible with skin facing upwards. Cook for 20-25 minutes. While the duck is cooking in the oven or air fryer slice some spring onions and cucumber (not included) into small batons. When the duck is cooked, shred the meat and skin using two forks. Once duck is cooked, heat the pancakes as below: Cooking Instructions - General - Directions for use The half aromatic duck can be cooked in an oven or air fryer. The pancakes can be heated in a microwave. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Microwave - From Chilled - 800W 40 secs, 900W / 1000W, 35 secs Place the bag of pancakes in the microwave and cook on full power for the time specified. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when opening the bag. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Do not heat the sauce. To serve, spread some hoisin sauce on each pancake, add the duck, spring onions and cucumber. Roll and enjoy. Oven cook - From Chilled - Fan 200degC, Electric 220degC, Gas mark 7 35-40 mins Remove items from outer packaging. Place pancakes and sauce to one side. Remove the duck out of its packaging and place on a baking tray with the skin facing upwards on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for the time specified or until the skin is crispy.

Keep refrigerated 0degC to +4degC. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen; however, if you do wish to re-freeze, it is safe to do so. If freezing, freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within three months. Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
