Oven cook - From Frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.190degC, Fan 170degC, Gas 5, 3 hour 30 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Place into a greaseproof paper lined baking tray and cover with foil. Cook for 2 hours 20 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 1 hour. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and discard any juices, pour over the glaze and place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Carve meat and baste juices over slices.
