Cooking Instructions - General. Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.Always ensure that the centre of the bon bons are piping hot before serving.As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.Do not reheat.; Deep Fry - From Chilled. Preheat fryer to 170degC. Remove bon bons and deep fry for approximately 2-3 minutes.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 180degC (160degC for fan assisted ovens) /Gas Mark 4. Remove bon bons from the packaging and place onto a preheated baking tray. Lightly spray with cooking oil then cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15-18 minutes.

Suitable for home freezing.Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days, taking care not to exceed the use by date. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours.
