Cooking Instructions - General. How to cook - For best results microwave from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. During heating the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 8 min 30 sec, Cat D 750w 9 minRemove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Peel back film lid, stir both sides and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w), 4 minutes (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200degC, Fan 180degC Gas 6 35 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir both sides and recover. Return to oven and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
