Cooking instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results, we recommend you oven cook our Black Pudding Porkers (190degC, Fan 170degC, Gas 5). Remove all packaging, and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Once cooked, check the sausages are piping hot and no pink meat remains. These cooking instructions are a guide only.

Pork (63%), Water, Black Pudding Pepper (10%) (Water, Rice, Modified Starch, Dried Potato, Dried Pork Blood, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Onions, Salt, Mixed Herbs, Pepper, Yeast Extract), Dried Apple (6%), Preservative, (Sulphur Dioxide), Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose Monohydrate, Vegetable Fibre, Salt, Mono and Di- Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Paprika Extract), Salt, Rubbed Sage, Stabiliser (Sodium Triphosphate), Black Pepper, White Pepper, Preservative: (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Filled into Natural Pork casings

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
