Deep Fry - From Frozen. Preheat oil to 175oC. Place Fillets into a cooking basket then fry for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 200oC. Place Fillets on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in centre of oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
