Cooking instructions: Oven Oven Cook from chilled only. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of oil over a high heat in a frying pan. Carefully add the diced thigh and seal on all sides to lock in moisture. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. During Cooking: Transfer the thigh pieces into an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven for a further 30 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
