Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cook on full power for a further 5 minutes (Cat E/850W), 6 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute and remove film.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 3 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute and remove film.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove the film lid for final 20 minutes of cooking time.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
