Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Peel back film lid and stir. Re-cover and continue to heat on full power for a further 4 minutes (Cat E/850w), 4 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir thoroughly before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 4 min 30 sec, Cat D 750w 5 minRemove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Peel back film lid and stir. Re-cover and continue to heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190degC, Fan 170degC, Gas 5, 40-45 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190degC, Fan 170degC, Gas 5, 20-25 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
