Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilledCooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.WarningWhen removing the film after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate or baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Peel back film, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes (900, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Peel back film, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 30 minutes. Peel back film, stir well, recover and heat for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.
