Oven Frozen Pre-heat oven: Fan 180oC / Gas 6. For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. Remove outer packaging. Place into a baking tray and cover loosely with foil. Cook near the middle of the oven for 2 hours 25-30 minutes.1 hour into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 1 hour and 25-30 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes before carving. Place into a tray near the middle of the oven for 1 hours 30-35 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
