Pan Fry Frozen Cook time: - 15 min. Based on a whole bag. Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add to the pan. Fry over a medium to high heat for 15 minutes. Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary. Microwave Frozen Cat E Cook time: - 15 min. 800W Based on a whole bag. Remove from all packaging. Place into a large microwaveable dish. Cover and vent. Cook for 8 minutes. Stir, cook for a further 7 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
