Place on a non-metallic plate. Heat on full power for 5 minutes 30 seconds (900w/800w) Peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat for 3 minutes 45 seconds (900w), 4 minutes 45 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200degC, Fan 180degC, Gas 6, 43 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times.Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes, peel back film and stir, re-cover and cook for further 13 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
