Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Pre-heat a teaspoon of oil in a medium/hot frying pan on the hob and cook as per the following guidelines, Rare: Fry for 1 minute on each side. Medium: Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Well done: Fry for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all side and turn frequently during cooking.
