Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.; Grill - From Chilled. Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place on grill pan and cook for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally for an even colour or until fully cooked. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a pan over a medium/ high heat. Fry steaks for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
