Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. When removing film lid during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 8 min 30 sec, 800w 9 minRemove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and cook for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir, serve and enjoy.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200degC, Fan 180degC, Gas 6, 45 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
