Barbecue - From Chilled. Cook as per oven/grill instructions then immediately place onto a pre-heated barbecue until browned, turning frequently to give chargrilled effect.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat.SafetyStore raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and insert a skewer up through the centre of each kofta. Wrap the ends of the skewers in foil. Carefully place the koftas under a pre-heated, medium-heated grill for 10-12 minutes turning frequently.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190degC/Fan 170degC/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging insert the skewer up through the centre of each kofta. Wrap the ends of the skewers in foil. Place the koftas on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.

Keep refrigerated below 4degC. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing.Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
