Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen.Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.WarningThe tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. When removing film during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 7 min 30 sec, 800w 8 minRemove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200degC, Fan 180degC, Gas 6, 45 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
