Place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power for 5 minutes (from frozen). Peel back film lid, stir gently. Re-cover and continue to heat 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w) (from frozen).Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900W 4 min 30 sec, 800W 5 minRemove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (from chilled). Peel back film lid, stir gently. Re-cover and continue to heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w) (from chilled).Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190degC, Fan 170degC, Gas 5, 35 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes (from frozen, remove film for final 10 minutes of cooking). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190degC, Fan 170degC, Gas 5, 25 minPre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes (from chilled), (remove film for final 10 minutes of cooking). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir before serving.
