Defrost in a refrigerator Cook time: - 24 hr. Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted, use immediately. Hob Defrost Cook time: - 50 min. Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Place unopened pouch into a large pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer. 40 minutes into cooking time add unopened sauce sachet into the pan and cook for a further 10 minutes. Do not let the pan boil dry. To serve: remove shank from the pouch, discarding juices, place on a serving plate, pour over the contents of the sauce sachet. TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM! Oven Defrost Fan 180degC Cook time: - 1 hr. 45 min. Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Decant pouch into a roasting tray, cover with foil, place near the middle of the oven. 1 hour 40 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, discard juices, evenly pour over the contents of the sauce sachet, return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Hob Frozen Cook time: - 1 hr. 10 min. Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Place unopened pouch into a large pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer. 1 hour into cooking time add unopened sauce sachet into the pan and cook for a further 10 minutes. Do not let the pan boil dry. To serve: remove shank from the pouch, discarding juices, place on a serving plate, pour over the contents of the sauce sachet.
