Pan Fry Defrost Remove from all packaging, allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Fry over a medium to high heat, for Rare 8 minutes, Medium 12 minutes, Well Done 16 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time. Reduce heat if necessary. Stand on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving. BBQ Defrost Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
