Defrost in a refrigerator Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours. Grill Defrost Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min. Pre-heat grill to a medium to high heat. Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drizzle contents of the sauce sachet over the belly and grill for a further 2 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary. Air Fry Frozen 1400W 4Ltr Cook time: - 22 min. Based on a whole pack. Set temperature to 180degC. Pre-heat for 3 minutes. Remove from all packaging, place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water. Place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, turn, cook for a further 10 minutes, drizzle contents of sauce sachet over the belly and cook for a further 2 minutes. Oven Frozen Fan 180degC Cook time: - 24 min. Gas 7 Pre-heat oven Fan 180degC/Gas 7. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 12 minutes, turn, cook for a further 10 minutes. Drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet over the belly and cook for a further 2 minutes. BBQ Defrost Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Baste with sauce while cooking.
